Job Description:

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-driven Content Project Manager to join the team and work closely with remoteworkher. In this role, you’ll be the operational backbone of content execution, coordinating creators, keeping campaigns on track, ensuring deliverables are met, and providing real-time insights that drive performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Assign daily tasks to all team members and ensure timely execution across content, editing, design, and publishing.
  • Campaign Oversight: Manage branded content flow, from brief to deal, and from production to delivery.
  • Performance Tracking: Track content lifecycle, performance metrics, post-launch engagement, and team productivity.
  • Collaborate with EA: Sync weekly with Adeife’s Executive Assistant to align on top-line priorities and timelines.
  • Weekly Reporting: Send comprehensive updates to Adeife summarizing project status, bottlenecks, and results.
  • Platform Management: Maintain and update project management boards (Trello, Notion, or Zoho Projects) with accurate task progress and deadlines.
  • Finance Coordination: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing for all completed brand deals.
  • Campaign Execution: Support Adeife in executing end-to-end brand campaigns, including timelines, deliverables, approvals, and stakeholder management.
  • Team Liaison: Serve as a communication bridge between creative teams, editors, managers, and brand partners.
  • Content Calendar: Maintain and optimize a publishing calendar that aligns with brand priorities and personal content schedules.
  • Quality Control: Review and approve content deliverables for brand alignment before final submission.
  • Deadline Enforcement: Ensure the team is meeting timelines and address delays promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project or content management (preferably in the digital, creator, or marketing space)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency with tools like Trello, Notion, Asana, or Zoho Projects
  • Understanding of content workflows (brand briefs, revisions, approval cycles)
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with an eye for consistency and accuracy
  • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and branded content is a strong plus
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
