The positions we offer are best suited to bachelor’s and master’s program graduates, with a maximum of 2 years cumulated work experience.
The WEF acts as a platform to bring together leaders from government, business, and civil society to collaborate on solutions to global challenges.
It is a great opportunity for beginners who are graduating with a bachelor’s or a master’s degree with 1-2 years of work experience to get a feel for working at the Forum, bringing in fresh ideas, and gaining valuable real-world experience.

- Applicants from around the world are eligible.
- The program is for bachelor’s and master’s program graduates, with 1-2 years of previous professional experience.
- Must be available for six months.

Training PerksÂ
- Full-time onsite employment contract of 6 months at a World Economic Forum office in Geneva, Mumbai, Beijing, Tokyo.
- Program start dates are between 15 September and 15 October 2025.
- Monthly Gross Compensation of:
- CHF 4500 (Salary and Medical allowance) for Switzerland
- INR 91600 (salary) for India
- CNY 12500 (salary) for China
- JPY 333’333 (Salary) for Japan
- Work Authorization Support: For Geneva-based roles only.
